InfraServe (formerly Verb IT), backed by the Henry Kendall Group, was conceived with the clear vision that with the dawn of the Cloud Computing era the reseller channel needs a TRUE cloud manufacturer. One that provides an IaaS platform onto, which VARs, System Integrators, Software Vendors, Managed Services Providers and Cloud Services Providers can build their own Cloud offerings.
First Verb designed and implemented a purpose built high density Data Centre facility. In February 2011, Verb acquired Cloud distributor Infraserve to accelerate its "Go to Market". Following on from this strategic acquisition Verb changed its name to Infraserve.
The merger of the two organisations has created a single entity, whose sole focus is the seamless delivery of IaaS to the Australian reseller channel.
