Patrick Wilde - Chairman

AM BA LLM (Hons) MBA Dip BA

Patrick Wilde is Infraserve's Chairman. A solicitor since 1966, Patrick has also been the CEO of Henry Kendall Group since 1976. HKG is one of Australia's largest and most successful privately-held land development companies with a large portfolio of commercial, medical, industrial, retirement and residential properties and this  diverse property portfolio also specialises in technology parks within NSW.

Founded in 1952, HKG has a 60 year tradition of embracing change and innovation. As Chairman, Patrick identified retirement village development which blended service delivery with suitable residential accommodation as an opportunity when the concept of a resort style village did not exist.  From humble beginnings on the NSW Central Coast, Pat's retirement village vision led to HKG's dramatic growth into the largest private enterprise retirement village development Group in the State before it was acquired by a consortium of public companies in 2005.

In addition to supporting HKG's expansion into innovative data centre development and management, Patrick currently serves as Chairman of the Westmead Medical Research Foundation. In 2008, he was made a Member of the Order of Australia for service to the community, the aged care sector and to heritage, medical and environmental organisations.

Patrick brings a wealth of business and property development experience to Infraserve which is now actively seeking state government and civic support to develop a technology centre of excellence on the NSW Central Coast based around cutting edge, modular data centres.   Damien Wilde
