Platinum

Our Platinum Partner Program is an invitation only program designed for our Partners who are serious about their cloud or managed service practice or cloud computing is their business and nothing else!

This is for our partners who have clearly demonstrated that they have a serious investment and dedicated resources to their managed/ cloud services area of their business.

To qualify, Infraserve has a clear set of metrics and a minimum score to be attained prior to being accepted as a Platinum Partner.

Partner Metrics

The Partner must have the following:

a well documented business plan outlining their cloud/managed services business.
a dedicated Network Operations Centre
a dedicated Service Desk (preferably ITIL certified)
a Managed/Cloud Services business unit manager in place
dedicated pre-sales/sales staff selling managed/cloud services
